We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns:
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@orchidandgrain.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
